Lesson 7: Friction

In exploring their surroundings, children will experience and feel different surfaces. Through this lesson, children will learn about smooth and rough surfaces through the concept of friction. The children will also put what they’ve learned about friction into practice in a simple and hands-on science experiment where they will observe how different surfaces have different amount of friction.
