Lesson 3: Hearing Copy

Our sense of hearing allows us to detect and interpret sound which provide us with important information. The activities in this lesson provide opportunities for your child to use observations of sound to interpret the properties of materials. Our hearing also provides key information about directionality and proximity, as well as being an important source of information about our immediate environment. Through observation and analysis, your child will develop their senses to effectively use sound-information from their environment.
