How To Do

Let us follow the step-by-step guide for you to do this activity with your child.

  1. Stick the red, blue, and yellow glass papers onto the white card.
  2. After that, fold the two sections and observe the newly created colour.
  3. Repeat the step with different combinations.
  4. Let your child explore what will happen when they combine two colours by using the colour mixing frame.
  5. The newly created colours are orange, purple, and green. These colours are called secondary colours.
  6. Mixing different combination of the primary colours (red, blue and yellow) can produce other colours.

• Red and Yellow combined will produce Orange.
• Red and Blue combined will produce Purple.
• Yellow and Blue combined will produce Green.
