What is in the air? Air consists of many types of colourless, odourless gases such as oxygen, carbon dioxide, and nitrogen.
In this lesson, the children will explore the importance of oxygen and carbon dioxide. To understand the importance and function of oxygen and carbon dioxide, the science experiments that you and the children will carry out in this lesson will demonstrate the effects of certain types of gases in the air, in particular, carbon dioxide.
