Before the Event

  • Choose any themes or topics for the workshops from the Event Module
  • Book the slot by filling out your interest in the Google Form:

  • Notify Ms. Adzimah upon booking, reachable at 016-2103997. We will send the materials for the workshop once we have received the booking date
  • Download marketing materials for the event (posters) and edit the date and time at the provided caption. You may use your own words for the caption
  • Sample caption:

During the Event

  • Open Zoom link 30 minutes early
  • Test audio and slide before the event
  • Admit participants in the waiting room 5 minutes before the event
  • Ask participants to change their account name into their children’s name
  • Start the session and engage with children
  • Promote your next workshop and ALFA And Friends Centre class

After the Event

  • Collect feedback from parents (it can be used as promotional material in future)
  • Follow up with parents on their experience to develop relationship
